Terms of service

By using the Express Essentials website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

How ordering works 

Your order is a purchase request. When you click "Order now" and complete checkout, you are sending us a request to buy. It is not yet a completed sale.

• We secure the item first. After we receive your request, we acquire the item and confirm your order by email or phone.
• The sale is completed when we dispatch your item. If you pay by card, your card is only authorised (held) at checkout. It is charged when your order is dispatched. If you choose Cash on Delivery, you pay when you receive the item.
• If we cannot supply the item, we will cancel your request and release any card hold in full. You will not be charged.

Orders

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• We confirm your order by email or phone. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment in full.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colours and small details may vary slightly.

Payment

You can pay by card through Shopify Payments or by Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Product use

Please follow the instructions that come with each product. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
