Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Orders ship from our warehouse in Sharjah. We deliver within the UAE only.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is AED 20 for orders under AED 150. Orders of AED 150 or more get free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Most city areas, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, receive orders in 1 to 3 working days. The Western Region and remote areas take 1 to 5 working days. Large items such as furniture and fitness machines may take longer, and we will call you to arrange a time.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives. You can also pay by card online.
When is my card charged?
Your order is a purchase request. When you pay by card, the amount is only held at checkout. It is charged when we dispatch your order. If we cannot supply an item, we cancel the request and release the hold in full.
Are your prices in AED?
Yes. All prices on Express Essentials are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
What can I buy at Express Essentials?
We sell everyday essentials for UAE homes: home decor, kitchen and dining, storage and organisers, toys and baby products, electronics and gadgets, fitness equipment, car accessories and packaging supplies.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
